Dan  sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:

Hi Mr.Schulman,

I am wondering if I can get a fairer resolution to a E-Bay buyer who fraudulent scammed me, as the seller, but PayPal is resolute to a judgement in favor of the buyer? I have all the information about the case which I presented to PayPal but they still ruled in favor of the buyer.
Would I be able to present my case to you and see if i can be adjudicated??
