Sorry to bother you but on July 8th, I was rear ended in my 2002 Mercedes Brabus by your client - Alana Hamada (Claim # CAPA-00598066), I only carried liability since my car was a older model. Mercury wouldnt cover the insurance on the rental saying it was extra and I had to pay it. Im not rich, my job as a process server doesnt pay enough. This is not right, why should I be out of pocket $198 for your clients fault? And the adjuster said they wouldnt, saying my insurance should cover it. I cant drive off with no insurance and risk another a-hole hitting me. Id be charged thousands of dollars if that occurred. Since this accident I installed anti-collision lights added more insurance. Im also a member of AAA AARP. Im a good driver and person, I dont deserve being ripped off by some idiot driver. If you can help resolve this I would appreciate it.
