HI! MR.TOYODA I appeal four times to Toyota Turkey but My problem with my – Akio Toyoda email address

HAKAN sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:

HI! MR.TOYODA
I appeal four times to Toyota Turkey but My problem with my car TOYOTA AVENSIS 1.6 ELEGANT EXTRA, but it did not solute. Lastly i get communicate with Toyota Turkey Ceo Mr. ALI  but my problem did not solute.

I picked Toyota company because of quality, comfort and perfectly technical support. But Toyota Turkey did not take account of quality, technical support and customer happiness.

My Problem is;

When i am closing my car’s doors, i am not hearing sound usually door should. I have this problem approximatly a year. I spook with Toyota Turkey customer services and Their solution was change the my door seals both of front doors scope of customer happiness and they guidanced to me to Sivas Technical Service .

But: They did not change door seals as a set, only change side of car and did include doors side. I get this information after they change. I was expect learn this before they change. This act syle not ethic.

As a results: they decided wrong decision and my problem did not solute. If they change my door sleals both side (car side and door side) of two front doors and if my problem have goes on, i will not complain about it and i will accept this solution. They decided wrong technical decision and they did not change my door sleals as a set therefore my problem going on and first solution that changing door seals couldn’t test so it was useless application.

This problem announced to firstly Sivas Technical Service and Toyota Turkey Ceo Mr. Ali  and i did not get solution. Lastly i get a call to Toyota Turkey (Mrs. Sibel) and they said they did what they can and can not help more than this.

I went two times Sivas for take this technical support therefore i spend 100 Euro for nothing.

It been a year and My car’s (2013 Toyota 15.000 Km) problem did not solute. My car in warranty period. Wrong decision of Toyota Turkey and i will live this problem again and again this is not acceptable in 15.000 km car. This is also not expectable for Toyota. Therefore lastly i decided to contact with you.

Ofcourse my legal right reserved but i am believing you will help my problem and i am expecting your helps with my best regards.
