I wanted to contact you regarding my experience at babies r us. I'm one of the toughest customers to please...and Im not saying that in a boastful way as I know I can be hard with the reps at times. I have a 9month old baby and ever since I was pregnant I was shopping at babies r us. I have been to multiple locations in Ontario Canada. Scarborough, Vaughn, Mississauga just to name a few. But this location at 690 Evans ave in Sherway Gardens Ontario have made my baby shopping experience exceptional. Never have I had such an experience at store where I feel like im at home. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The store is well maintained as well. There's a few staff I want to acknowledge. Selena who is from the babies r us side. Nancy who is a baby manager. and Gord the store manager. I haven't personally met Gord but I spoke to him on the phone and I receive the similar service as if I was speaking to him in person. Selena dealt with me like a family member. I could go on and on with compliments about them and this store and it still wouldn't summarize how great these people are. Whoever interviewed and hired these employees really did a great job screening and selecting. I want to say a big thank you to this team. I'm very pleased. I'm happy.
