Hi Mr. Van Saun,

I am writing to you out of frustration with our local branch. We are a counseling center and are trying to change a signatory. We have never encountered a problem in the past. In fact we just did this a year ago without a problem. All of a sudden they are saying our DBA is not listed on the 501 (c) (3). When I spoke to the IRS they explained that our name is too long for it all to print out. I spoke to the IRS again yesterday and they said the whole name shows and she will mail out a letter (they said they cannot fax or email it) but it will take 10-14 days.

This issue is impacting our payroll and needs to be taken care of ASAP. We seem to keep being passed back and forth within the branch. If this cannot be corrected soon we are considering another institution for banking. Please contact myself to have this situation taken care of. We would like to continue banking with your institution as we have been with you for many years and many of our counselors have personal accounts with you as well. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
