Hi Ms Chua,
I was very disappointed with Singtel intended termination of my mobile broadband
I received the letter from Singtel only on 21 Mar 2016 and the letter says that the termination will take effect from 11 Apr. It is such a short notice and unfair to me!
This mobile broadband comes as a package with Home Broadband Mio TV.
1) Any termination notification from either party, should be informed at least 1 month in advance. For this case, I have very little time to react! (21 days to the service termination and 10 days (till 31 Mar) to re-contract.
2) My current dongle also needed to be replaced in order to switch to the new service, Singtel is not providing me another new dongle. So I have to spend another some $100plus to get the dongle.
I demand a waiver of at least 12 month subscription on the new service and a 4G dongle to be provided.
I shall keep iDA informed of such unfair doings. I look forward to your prompt favourable reply.
