my name is Adil and I own the company Fastlane luxury car rental in Dubai UAE, I bought Nissan patrol platinum WIN MODEL 2016 few months ago ,the car is under service waranty , there is the Problem of ENGINE HEAT, the car is in service center in Deira Dubai, need to change the " FAN" and they don't have the parts in stock was told to wait at least 3 to 4 weeks, to get the parts, as I above mentioned that my company is a rent a car and I can't wait for 25 days for such silly issues, I am wondering NISSAN is the biggest company in world wide, and an Arabian Automobile in UAE,
I am planing to buy 3 more cars from Nissan in next coming week, but they cant fix little issues in days the how would I expect them to solve any blunder ones in future and for sure I'm not satisfied by the service ,I hereby plea you to take necessary action,
