My name is Alexine, my sister Natasha is a customer of your insurance company, she is currently out on medical leave due to her physical and mental health (doctors approved). I am Natasha's caregiver and sister. I'm in the process of helping Natasha apply for her short term disability (no success). I am humbly asking you to intercede; I don't understand your process of handling these claims.
Natasha has financial responsibilities and a 13 year old daughter she has to provide for so if you can look into this specifically I would really appreciate it.
