Hi my name is Anthony on June 6th at 6 p.m. I had spoke to a centurylink operator only $320 but the operator told me he was going to waive half of that and for me to pay 106 dollars and on June 9th at 7 p.m. I did pay $106.58 to another operator and I explain to him what the first operator told me and they looked into it and he said that it's correct for me to pay 106 so which I did and now they're saying I have to pay another $200 for me to get my phone service back on I was lied to from the get-go and so on June 10th I spoke with an operator she had told me she was going to refund me $106 and for me to call back on August because that's when Centrelink has the Forgiveness thing and my kicks in in August and I can turn my service back on in August and I told her okay so they operated that I spoke to on Monday on June 6th he called me today and asked me if I wanted to still put on my service and I told him I cancelled it and he goes why did you cancel that you or was that money and I had told him I thought you was going to waive half of that money for me to pay 106 for a can get my service back on he said no can you please help me I'm a very upset customer
