Hi my name is Antoine back in August I applied for a citi double cash credit card i have not received my credit card because the united states postal service keep sending it back to the sender me my father have the same name we lived together he moved out got. HIs address change every since then all my mail been geting sent back to the sender that happend a couple of times with this credit card i change my address to my uncle house next door to my house they said they were going to send my credit card there then they said they were going to send it thru fedex but i never gotit thru fedex then i called today 10/18/2016 to see if they sent my credit card out they told me they closed my account out in they cant open it backup i never told them to close my account they closed my account with out my permission im writing u today so u can investigate this matter because I was approved for it in aint nobody told me why they close my account out if yall not going to give me the credit card i will report this to the. BBB+++ because yall approved me for the credit card and close the account out thats not right to me in i want that account in inquiry off my credit report if im not going to get the credit card .Thank u
