Hi my name is Ashley my fiancé and I purchased a ring at Jcpenny Willow Grove Park Mall and when I ordered it the sales person Ken was extremely nice and very helpful. We was told the ring would be back within two weeks because it had to be resized and we understood that, going on week 3 we didn't hear anything so we called and was told by the jewelry department manager Penelope the ring wasn't sent out and it will be another two weeks so we asked for something for our Inconvince because we had plans to announce the engagement on my mother birthday which was May 21st she said we would get a $25 gift card so we was given a $10 gift card and we have to wait for the other $15 so we shop a lot I at that mall so we stopped in to see if it was back and the sales person Ken went looking for it because he didn't know I never got it also the store manager Tom was there and also helped look for it didn't find it . We then had to wait to talk to Penelope now it's going on a month no ring, I was in the mall today with my mother and Penelope was there and so was ken. Ken then told me Penelope was rude to him saying he overstepped her but I don't think he did because he was doing his job he has great customer service if anyone should be manager of that department it should be him he's very nice but Penelope was extremely rude talking to me with attitude and rolling her eyes as if I'm bothering her because I wanted to know where my ring is that we paid for . Something really needs to be done with that rude jewelry manager Penelope she has very poor customer service she talked to me so rude my mother walked away and then when we was done talking she then went to the other ladies in that department and I heard her saying to them that I was getting on her nerves calling and coming there looking for my ring. Please address this issue because she is not a good asset to your store she also got rude with my fiancé on the telephone and said to him did you hear what I just said to you in a nasty tone. This is the worst customer service I have ever had from a manager in my life . Especially From JCPenny I have been shopping there since I was a kid.
