Hi my name is Clarence I have been a long-time customer of Best Buy. Since 1994 I was even around to see Geek Squad get their first contract with the engineering staff of Pillsbury. I am living in Ames Iowa. I do not have a problem with your store which I really like a hundred percent. I was in your store in Ames Iowa store address 1220 South Duff Avenue ZIP code 5001 10. It was disturbing to me to see that employees that we're trying to activate phones for customers had to go outside for internet service I was there 2 hours I hope by sending this email someone can go to this store and help these people the employees were great I admire the service they're trying to give customers but it is hard for them to have to go outside of a big box store full of Technology to activate a phone I don't think the shareholders would like that. Could someone please look into this thank you love you stores.
