Hi! My son received a 50 gift card for his birthday. We went to go use it and unfortunately some from California used our card. Your custom service keeps telling me to wait 3-5 business days for 2 months now. Today I called and a supervisor told me we would not be getting a replacement card after I was told a few times we would. We shop all the time at your store. My daughter just got a Pokemon backpack for school. We will not ever return if this isn't resolved. For the holidays we will be buying through Amazon!
