Hi Paul I placed an order back in november 25the and still haven't received my item. I finally got through to customer services after 2 weeks of waiting for them to pick up the phone. I was waiting on the phone for and hour and a half. When I finally got through I was told that the package was lost and I would get a refund still haven't received my refund so I am in the middle of filing a lawsuit against gamestop.
