Hi President of Waste management,
I had done business with your company well over 20 years. I seen your company grow into a national success how you care for your company.
I had been late on payments because I never received billing from mail, but I paid it over the phone on Friday June 10. Weekend does not count.(had to wait 3 working days for a pick-up.) Tuesday is my regular pick up. Now my garbage is over flowing. The next schedule is Friday (tomorrow). Yes, your company is charging the extra dump. It doesnt matter if you do.
I been doing business over 20 years. I had called the company to mail the bills yesterday, I pleaded to pick up my garbage as soon as you can. 3 days of overflow.
There is no honour doing business. There no emergency pick up?
I just letting you know that you do care for the little family businesses. Why? I seen your documentary
on your company. Yes, you do care for your employees. Do you ever heard how you client's are?
There is more but I don't have time. I am a family business working hard to make ends meet.
