Balaji sent a message to Satya Prabhakar Founder and CEO, Sulekha.com – email address that said:
Hi Satya, I am one of the Sulekha user to post my rental advertisement. At this point you have your pricing policy of posting an advertisement for 30 days or 45 days, some time the renal property may not get closed immediately if the property is located outskirt of the city or the facilities are less in this case the owner loose the money of the advertisement. I do use commonfloor property and there pricing policy is simple and we need to pay only when the user click the advertisement which makes more sense rather fixed terms like 30 to 45 days.
