Hi.. Since I'm an ardent fan of Kentucky and of chicken.. I thought if you would like to include my recipee of my famous grilled chicken which I prepare using very less or bare minimum amt of oil.. Making it with a recipee of Indian spices(medium spiced) that would cater to a more Indian as well as American market..also cater to a more health conscious market too..
