I am not so happy with the samsung services. I bought samsung galaxy c9 pro on 2nd July. My phone is heating and restart automatically. I went to the service centre more than 4 times. I still have the jobsheet. Samsung gave me right of replacement for 15 days. I went to service centre for replacement but they deny for replacement at that time I still had 10 days for replacement. For 2 weeks i waste my time and there were no positive result. I even sent legal notice to the samsung India but they didnt even response me. I am so frustrated. Please resolve my problem. I am good customer of samsung but this time samsung disappoint me alot.
