Hi Sir !
My name is Dat , I am the old customer of your business. On Mar 3,2015 I had ordered AKG K 240 MK II Pro Studio Headphones is $149. When I ordered your item I used my Bank Of America card . After few days your company charged me $149 on my card. I closed my bank account and I don't use this my card. I waited about 2-3 weeks, so I did not received my AKG K 240. I called and sent email to Matt Alexander about problem my ordered. Matt said" Your company did not had the AKG K240, and he tell me to change the other headphone, I did not wanted it. I just want to buy AKG. After that I used my new bank of my card is Well fargo  to buy the new one AKG K271 MKII Studio Live Headphones $199. I had to tell Matt help me refund my money $149. Matt said the company had refund $149 in March and tell me to call or come to the Bank of America to get my money. I came to the Bank of America and tell about that with the worker of Bank of America, when the worker open my account and to check my money, but my money is not refund in March. I called and sent email to Matt many times about problem, but right now after nearly two months. I did not received my refund money.
