Hi Sir
I am very unhappy regarding my card retain on 31st Oct .when doing payment . I call up the customer service and when will replacement can be get and mentioned 3 days .So 3rd Oct I call up again to confirm and the customer say will arrive on 4th Oc evening and yesterday I check and yet to received and call up on 4th Oct and another Customer service inform it will another 5 to 7 days and may receive next week . I was very upset and call them up say I want to receive only today so Lisa have help me to arrange a courier tonight
I am not happy why I have to call up the customer service and monitor this with different information .I need a compensation for this and I want to waive off my financial interest as a compensation for a whole week service failure and a discount of my credit card
Please call me ASAP and this will tarnish your image .
