Hi Sir, I have purchased YHT 2910 on 27th May 2017 in Hyderabad India.It is 15 days after installation, the HDMI port of the AV receiver went defective.On the next day I asked the support Team of yamaha for a replacement as it was confirmed by the service centre that it was a manufacturing defect.Till date it has been 3 months and the support team is not even caring about the issue. I have trusted Yamaha and brought the product but if the product is facing issues in the first 15 days itself and not being replaced with a new one, I really feel that I am betrayed by Yamaha and its management as I did not find Value for money and Value to customers .Could you please look into the issue and do the necessary?
