Hi Sir,
My name is Alfonzo and I am with the Tennessee Army National Guard and one of my phone lines to my PBX system is out. I put in a work order two days ago and nobody ever went to the business to fix issue. Last time I checked business problems were suppose to be fixed within 24hrs and it has been 48hrs. Plus customer services kept bouncing me
around to five different departments. Terrible service in all forms.
