Hi sir.
This has been a long journey in trying to fix my car. Its been in and out of shops and the mechanics keep missing items. I have been in communication with a lady in San Antonio and she has been very helpful. Two weeks ago, we encountered something that all mechanics have missed and I emailed Jeninifer Nance almost 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything back from her. I have also called her and left messages, but no return call either. What is the next step for me? I don't think that it should take this long for someone from Progressive to reply back to a customer. Rachel
