Hi Sir,

I am very much upset by the service received from your company. I had once given my water proof Sony Mobile for servicing and after servicing it after few months when I tried to clean it water the water has entered the phone and the phone got damaged and all my data has gone. I have reported it to the service center but they are asking for money to repair it since it is out of warranty. My concern is, is it that once the product is out of warranty means it will not have the waterproof feature for which I spent so much money. I was a great believer of Sony brand but since this incident I am not going to use this brand product anymore. I have already raised concern regarding it and I have not got any satisfactory reply. I need my phone repaired with compensation of $50,000 for the data loss and mental agony caused. I used to handle all my things using that one phone and my life is ruined .If I do not get it I am going to burn the phone and make the video viral on the social media.
