Hi Sir,
I have just come off the phone with one of your customer service agents. It was the most unprofessional call i have had in my entire life, and quite frankly i am very disappointed. I first was waiting for 50 minutes until i was able to speak to someone. Then i was treated despicably. I asked to speak to the manager and the woman would not put me through to the manager. She also would not give me her name when i asked for it and talked down to me, being very condescending. She then hung up on me
I am very disappointed with this and would appreciate this situation being looked into
