piyush sharma sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung email address that said:

Hi Sir,

I was a dedicated apple customer from past 10 year but while purchasing a new phone last month I thought to buy a Samsung phone .
Unfortunately the phone was defective I find out this defect when I have used earphone after 1 month of buying.
Now Samsung is not replacing it by saying it is against the policy they can fix it but not replaced it.I can see there are multiple issues in my phone and fixing will leads me to reach service center again and again in future which i dont want.
I have paid the amount I should be eligible for a new phone not a repaired one.

I am sure this mail will not reach to you ,But in case it will .Than please suggest me what shall i do now.I shall be highly thankful to you.
