Hi sorry for this direct approach. I purchased a new GLC in the UK under a year ago and have had several issues not resolved.
I simply want to return the car and have been going round in clrcles, even with MB UK Customer Services.
Its a shame a lifelong Mercedes driver is so disappointed, as youve now lost over two generations of Mercedes fans in one go.
