Hi sorry to bother you I live in Green Valley Arizona, I have had no return phone call from anybody. somebody came to my house yesterday to look at the problem in my yard, can't believe they sent a "manager-in-training".... the guy told me he'd never seen anything like this before ....said they call me back at the end of the day,YESTERDAY . I still not have not heard back from anybody, I emailed Buckner Lawson(he's the one who sold me this) that's the only other email I could find,
I sent some photos and asked if maybe he could forward it to somebody so I could hear back... to know what to do so the rest of my stuff in my yard doesn't die.
I had the same problem last August,my agave died,I thought they'd be on top of it...BUT.... yes, I'm upset I don't want the rest of my stuff to die.... I don't know what to think of my" termite protection"That I paid 1200.00$+ for .....I'm not real encouraged... now , what am I supposed to think, what am I to tell my six or seven new neighbors that are moving in when they ask me" who does my bugs termite CONTROL"? I can't with very much confidence hand out Truly Nolen's name , especially since nobody's called me back......... somebody please call me back
