Hi Steve: I tried calling your 1800 number customer service but it doesnt work. I just wanted to give you an observation on how to sell more of your coffee. I enjoy your coffee over Tim Hortons but when I go to one of your locations the line up are long and most of your customers are getting food orders. I just want a coffee but I dont want to wait in line that long so now I go to Tim Hortons. Most of my friends and family members share same view. Why not establish a line for drinks only and I guarantee your coffee sales will shoot through the roof. I know this because I restructure operations and focus on improvements and this is pretty obvious. If it work maybe youll buy me a coffee. Good Luck and excellent coffee.
