Hi there Andrew
I do hope u will be able to help me . On 31/12/15 my sons PayPal Ac was hacked 120£ spent on PSN ! PayPal did refund my son but because they took funds from PSN - the ac was then in debt subsequently got suspended .
Now SONY insisted that my son had to put codes to value of 120£ back onto PSN before they would look into these fraudulent transactions ( even though they could see it was not his console that was used) .
Today I have received an email saying the Ac is up and running again that the debt is cleared ....
I called Sony re tgis e mail stated that the money is not back in his bank .......? They stated that no - the wouldn't go back in his bank - the voucher codes had not been used so it is down to my son to sell them to get his money back !!!!! PLEASE bear in mind my son has not been able to go on PS since 31/12 now he is ALSO 120£ OUT OF POCKET through no fault of his own !!!
SONY CUSTOMER CARE has been non existent - only 3 out of about 6 men have helped 2 have shouted at me hung up ! Disgusted . If I have no joy from you - the main man I will be going to watchdog I will wipe the floor with Sony - I very much hope you are a gentleman will contact me to resolve this matter as a matter of urgency .
