Hi there, I know you must get normally a lot of complaints. This however is not a complaint but a email to share how thankful I am one of your employees did an excellent job in taking care of me. I had purchased a Ps3 a year ago, it died a year ago and was NOT handled all that well at that time but was eventually taken care of after contacting you. Fast forward a year later and had same issue arise, system died, my game was in it had a 2 year warranty to replace. NCAA Football 2014. Your assistant store manager at the Milford store in Milford mall CT 06460 took care of me. He noted that even though game was not supposed to be replaced (IT SHOULD BE!! BTW, especially if your system fails) he did it free of charge. The entire staff at this Milford Mall did an outstanding job and I think you should know this. Please share this information of what a wonderful job they did to make a customer happy. Happy Holidays
