Hi there. I start this messade by saying how upset and unhappy I am with Sony. I am an Xbox one user. I have been trying for 3 days in a row to contacy Sony Playstation UK helpline but each time gave up after listening to recorded messages and boring music for 45 minutes each time. 2016 and no answer at Sony for 45 minutes is a disgrace. Then add to this that the lines do not even open until 10-30 is a total joke and embarrassment to your company. 10-30 is nearly halfway through the working day. I purchased the new Call Of Duty game , legacy version on the 25th of October 2016 and the money was taken from my bank the same day but no game is on my console. The modern Warfare is on there though which is very strange as it is part of the same game package. Also my son has had no access to his playstation network for a week now. It keeps saying wrong password. I have tried to reset the password but am stuck as the phone it sends the reset code to I no longer have. Also i cannot remember the password for the e-mail account i used when setting the network up for my son. I have a console from your competitors and am pleased to say that any issues i have with them are ALWAYS dealt with within 20 minutes, you guys cannot even answer the phone in that time. I seriously will consider trying to talk my sons into getting a console from your rivals when the next ones come out after this experience. and i look forward to a response although i don't hold much hope after what has happened this week. I will be sure to let ALL my friends , family and colleagues know about my BAD experiences with Sony and also make sure i let my contacts on social media aware too .
