Hi there Mr.Combes. A couple of months ago I purchased an Alcatel One Touch Idol 3 phone. I love the phone, and have been using it daily ever since.
Over this past weekend (November 2016), the screen broke on the phone, leaving it unusable. I contacted Alcatel support since the phone is still under warranty, and they refused to fix the phone.
I don't have much money but this phone has been my daily driver the past couple of months, and being unable to use it has been a huge blow.
I'm reaching out to you in the hopes of having it repaired. I wish to thank you for your time in reading this email.
