Prabhat sent a message to Greg Creed – Chief Executive Officer of Yum Brands – Email Address that said:
This is to bring your notice, that yesterday night I gave a order on call but the order was not delivered. From yesterday I am calling to the customer care number, but still nothing is happing and the customer care people are simply ignoring the call and the customer calling. As of now I have called 7 times but cusomter care people first put me on hold for 7-9 minutes and then always tell that they will arrange a call back in 5 mintues from the sector 20 store, but the call has never come….
This is not a issue of a pizza, but it all shows, how you peole are treating your customers, the pizza hut is total CRAP now, as the company which don’t care for its customers is not worth. ….
Also I want to highlight that one of the customer rep “Vikas”, has put me on mute for 5 mintes and I was saying “Hello – Hello”, but that stupid guy was not replying…..
I want an answer on this issue.
