I have been a customer with your company for many years and this is the first time I have a real major problem, I would ask for yourself to get into contact with me to discuss my complaint further as I have proof of negligence on Vodafones side and I would like the matter sorted before I have to escalate this to OFCOM, the communications ombudsman and Watchdog.
