Hi Victor. Ever since your 2.9.0 update for WOTB I've had nothing but server issues. The game is choppy and ping spikes all day. The game is unplayable for a lot of people, not just myself. I've spent a lot of money on your game and I feel like the technical team could really care less about trying to work with me. I have been working with the tech team since May 4th and now they are blaming my ISP for the issue. That's odd because I've NEVER had these issues until the last update. I have done all troubsbooting they have asked and I still have the issue. I originally asked for 2 days premium added to my account. I was told this was done and I don't feel I got those 2 days. I woke up this AM and had 2 days premium left on my account. I currently have 9 days left but I supposedly received two days premium to my account already. The 2.9.0 update for WOTB came out 5/02. I've had nothing but issues since this release. I was asking them to credit me one day premium account since the launch of this update since I'm having so many problems And I've been denied this. I have spent a lot of money with your company as stated and I feel like I'm getting the runaround I'll be up with the ringer and nobody in your technical team or who enters your tickets seem to care about my problem nor seem to care about helping me
