2016,because of illness,We sent in a doctors note and where told we would have to take a cridit shell to be used within a year,we want to use our credit to travel next month, but we are been told we should have given six months notice,we dident realize this at the time,is there any way for us to recoup ,please help as we are two oaps ,thankyou
