Hi- You're probably already aware but in case the word hasn't reached you.... what used to be a 10-15 second transaction to get my wife's companion pass approved, is no longer. Ever since the computer problems a few weeks ago, that feature hasn't worked.
On another reservation the other evening, I asked the A List lady if she was hearing from others, and she said i was about the 15th call like this she'd handled that day.
I sure don't want to sound cranky. We love your airline and fly you a lot. Somebody needs to get that great feature working right again.
