Hi, I went to work for the call center for BB&T in Wilson, NC – Kelly S King email address

Anna sent a message to Kelly S. King€“ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BBT Corporation€“ Email Address that said:

Hi,

I went to work for the call center for BBT in Wilson, NC under the impression that from the call center I could transfer to a branch and become a teller and earn my way into a career with BBT. I found the call center to be an extremely repressive and restricted environment that did not allow for any collaboration or collegiality. After four months of working in the call center, I resigned. I have received a letter about a month ago from BBT informing me that I owed nearly $500 of back pay.I responded with a letter requesting a meeting with someone who could explain with documents why I owed this money. I received a phone call telling me I could look at I could look at my paystubs online , which I did,but this did not explain why I owe money back to BBT. Also,I began receiving dunning phone calls demanding money at 8pm. Today I called my BBT manager and asked her to look into it.She had the same human resources/payroll person call me.This person rattled off a list of deductions that were made from my last paycheck and repayments made for vacation days.I again asked for documentation explaining why I owe the amount of 7 days pay and she sent a chart showing I owe 6 hours of pay. Please help me. I have just been asking for a meeting to explain why money was taken out of my last paycheck and still owe 7 days more. I am not a payroll specialist; I need to sit with someone and have documents in front of us so that I can take notes and understand. But I cannot seem to get someone in Wilson BBT Call Center to help me. I will pay back what I need to pay; I have not been offered evidence along with an explanation. Thank you. Anna
