Im a Play Station gamer and I love the console but I have a problem with the repair and the warranty services because in Mexico there is only one place in the country to use those services also is so bad that you may want to look for another options unfortunately there is not another option in Mexico all the "autorized" sony repair centers doesnt repair play station products so its that place or nothing.

In that order at least México needs more places to deliver malfunctional products I know that this country is not as big as the US but in my case the distance between the repair center and my home is almost as Kansas and virginia and with the time between deliver and replacement I must stop my gaming periods for at least 1 or 2 months wich is a madness.

Also the "repair" center only does one action and only one the replacement, Im not agains the replacement of products if is the best way to warranty the deliver of a functional product but there are a lot of services that could be do with it for example the back up of data in my case I have a PS3 guarded in a box with dust because I can get a support of my data the "repair" center refuses to save my data and tranfer it to another console even with my offer of paid an aditional charge for it they simply cant or doesnt want to also I have a PS4 control that suffered the atack of a dog that cut the lever and the "repair" center personal told me something as "You have bad luck we cant fix the control just buy another" and Im going to buy another but is one of the most insulting answers that a "repair" center can say I want 2 controls and I want to pay for a repair not just for a buy.

I know MÃxico is a third world country that is not filled with the most intelligent people the local coin is for much under the dolar but the sales are not so bad, there arent few costumers and the market can grow but if the after sales service is insulting your company could lose clients to Xbox I spoke with the personal of Latam service and México service both told me that the direction of open more reppar centeres depends of US that means you, also you have the autorithy to order the implementation of more services thats why I ask this directly to you.

Probably the desition of have only one repair center in México has a relation with the protection of info about the PS functions but since the PS3 the "pirate" centers cant handle the systems there are really a lot of stories about burned consoles and people is always looking for a decent support center in sony please give it to us.
