Moshi Moshi. I am a great Toyota fan and currently using Toyota Kluger5 seater) and due to growing family needs we need to buy another 7 seater vehicle so we choose Toyota Prado Altitude ( Dealer -Peter Kettle, Alice Springs - Australia) even it is bit expensive.
As advertised, I was meant to get 0 % Toyota finance but now the dealer is saying is 0 % finance is not applicable to my model and they advised me if you prove that advertisement they will honour my 0 % finance so when I checked in the website they already removed that advertisement but find-out another company advertised 0 % finance for the same car I am looking to buy. I also took the screenshot of that advertisement and happy to provide to you for your reference.
I dont want anything happen to Toyota reputation by providing misleading advertisements to consumers.
I hope you will honour our genuine 0 % interest rate for buying our much awaited car Toyota Altitude because we dont have enough money to go any other higher models.
