This is Uma Kulkarni from Wordwizard Services, a small translation agency based in Hyderabad.
We recently worked on a few Emergency task translation assignments. The work was executed and delivered on time with no quality issue or any concerns.
However when it came to the payment of Invoices, I had to run from pillar to post to get them cleared.
Invoice- no 1 took more than 2 montha for clearance after several follow ups.
Invoice 2 is again pending for more than 2 months.
Im being made to follow up again several time.
I sent a soft copy, a hard copy as instructed and now after a month of submission, no one knows about the invoice in the Lucknow office.
I sent the courier tracking details and requested for clearance.
They came back again asking for GST details. I had already confirmed that I dont have a GST number.
Im a sole proprietor managing everything myself.
Please request you to help me in getting the invoice of INR 14,698.
