I am writing because while I got a lovely response from customer support, it I did not have a hint as to how to secure desired tickets. I have been waiting for the release of additional tickets for the upcoming U2 concert at Gillette Stadium and can only find resale with big price tags. We were shut out the morning tickets went on sale. This particular concert is so important to our family to celebrate one daughters 40th birthday and more importantly her completion of her medical residency as a family doctor of underserved populations. When we discussed what she wants to do in June to celebrate, she reminded us that going to a U2 concert is on her bucket list and this particular tour of Joshua Tree has a lot of significance (we listened to it regularly when she was a teen). There are 6 adults, one 3 yr old one 1 year old (first concerts for both children).
Im seeking your help to make this wish a reality as she has worked long and hard with much debt and for one reason or another missed being in same places U2 has performed. Please let me know how to get regularly priced tickets, when a new batch is released so we can make this shared family celebration happen for her.
