I have emailed you before and your office very kindly rang me back, unfortunately I mislaid the contact details you gave me. I originally contacted you regarding a fault nespresso coffee pod machine. I have just got it back and its still appears faulty. My wife and I conducted our own tests this afternoon.. We normally only use Envivo Lungo. So we tried 6 different nespresso coffee pods, the only one that leaked was the envivo lungo, of which we still have 100 left. We think it must be a fault with this particular named coffee pod. As we bought these from nespresso we would like them replaced either before or after we return them to nespresso.The nespresso on 0800 442 442 have now have washed their hands of us. They said they would ring back but have failed to do so. I still require your help please.
