My name is Robert Rodriguez. Ive been shopping at your awesome store for 15 plus years. I have never had a problem until yesterday at your Middletown New York location. I had a bad experience with the young lady at the customer service desk between the hours of 10:30 and 11:am. I simply asked her for a price in the upside down umbrella and she very rudely and sarcastically said she did not know. My mother who was with me could not believe her response. As we walked away dumbfounded, she yelled that the price was a million dollars. Again, being very sarcastic for no apparent reason. Needless to say we were in shock and immediately left the store. Please explain to me what is happening. Ive contacted customer service twice via email and got no response. My wife and I love Bed Bath and Beyond. Im afraid to go back.
