Hi,
I am writing to you as I am really frustrated with the service ryan air has offered. I always book my flights with you and really am shocked at the troubles its cased me. I booked a flight on the Friday 28th April, upon checkout I was told my payment had not gone through so I had to go through the process again and I changed my method of payment to PayPal as I wasnât sure why you rejected the card payment. I looked at my bank statement today and noticed I have been charged for both flights twice! I have been told I can only be refunded for the second flight reference which is not the flight I want, Due to the double payment I have also been charged overdraft payment fees in my bank account which is caused me so much inconvenience and money I donât have. I would like the correct flight to be refunded and also my charges as I always book with yourselves and Iâve tried contacting your team who are fairly rude over the phone.
Please can you look into this urgently I have been told the refund takes 2 weeks which I can not wait for as Im getting charged daily fees
