I have made a multitude of complaints regarding my furniture order. That name it is under is Bob – my husband. We are located at Wooded Lane, Nashotah, WI.
I have written to the CEO. Some staff get back to me and then never follow through.
I had ordered a complete sectional for my living room. I painted and bought art work and even have
Custom drapes and valances from Penney’s. (OVER $3,000 for drapes) (The furniture was over $2,000) (The art over $300.00 with colors of couch in it!)
When they delivered at the end of August or beginning of Sept, the delivery people had a scratch on the chase couch. Penney’s was very complainant with replacing this item, but it did take
another 8-9 weeks due to the furniture being custom made. The men came and couldn’t install the chase chair because they didn’t bring any tools. So there/still sits in the middle of my family room.
Then about two weeks after my complaint about the chase chair……the bed couch went out. I was trying to put new sheets on it for company that was coming and bolts were not attached properly and
the side plate and everything fell apart. So now I had to order a new bed couch. I was hoping at the time that the chase chair and the couch would be delivered at the same times since they were weeks apart.
After several attempts were made and talking to a bunch of Supervisors and staff, they told me the couch was on a separate order and would come at the end of November.
I called Dec 2,nd and received a complete run around ending in my trying to contact them again, and again, and again, since they didn’t call me back.
I was told a couple days later that the bed couch was delivered to the hub but they couldn’t find it. I explained that a big burnt orange bed couch couldn’t be lost???? Someone must have stolen it or it
was delivered to someone else???!!!!! They told me I would hear by Friday 10/9th at the latest because now it took 3-5 days to locate?!!!! I still don’t know a thing about my bed couch-10 days later.
I have altered my family room waiting, I cant get the bed couch to go back in since the mounting is wrong. My husband is a disable vet and is limited in helping me. I am ready to go on contact six or get someone else involved.
I have no room in my family room to put up a Christmas Tree or have family from out of town coming and cant utilize the bed couch. My family room is in disarray. I should not have to wait one more day for this furniture to be found. Hell, I go to the hub myself and look if they are so busy. Where ever this hub place is…. I have never been so upset through Thanksgiving and now Christmas. I just want this room completed. It’s been since June and no one has even sat in the Family room.
If I wouldn’t have based all my decorating upon this piece it would be different, I would just say come and get it all and reimburse me!!! The problem is I love the set. Can you please, please help me in this matter.
