Joe sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. that said:

Hi,Ive been a customer for awhile with siriusxm.I just thought you should know that you lost a customer because I was not able to reup my account by paying with a check.Your billing insisted that I had to pay with a credit card instead.Radio is still free and I was willing to continue my account only if I could pay by check but that didn't happen,so I cancelled my account.Also I did not give permission to reup my account when it ended and I got a bill two weeks after telling me that I had to renew it and that is why they couldn't take a check.Someone may want to think about when bills go out and also losing customers over the choice of a check or credit card.
