I talked with some wonderful guest relations specialist, Traci Carr and mrs Juanita only they werenât able to help me. My reason for emailing you is to allow you to know I had my 52 wedding anniversary at the Double tree hotel in Fayetteville, N.C. on July 7, 2018. We spent over $7,000 there. The service was terrible. The food was not completely cooked.my guest let my anniversary party and went to Fullers restaurant .i feel I should be given a refund for the food.there is more to the story.please look into this .
