I told the young man working the desk unequivocally I needed a quiet room as I am a light sleeper..he gave me room 1226. I came back to my room after dinner meetings and realized I was directly behind the elevator shaft...very noisy..I called the front desk..and of course you’re full.i asked her if you’re full where do the late arrivals go..
I demand a full refund to my Amex you have on file.. I have to suffer because your front desk person is either inept or inadequately trained?? Not fair
